Kathleen is available to engage in psychospiritual growth work with those in the midst of life as well as those who are facing the end of life. Working with her is an experience of:

  • honest self-reflection,
  • growing awareness and release of habitual patterns that disturb peace of mind, and
  • a deepening ability to love both self and others.

  • She teaches and uses practices of meditation and mindfulness in her work, encouraging people from any spiritual tradition to learn and apply the dynamics of generating a happier, more peaceful experience of being.

"Kathleen is a mentor, teacher and longtime Buddhist practitioner. She is particularly adept at working with issues of healing and growth, aging, illness, loss and end of life. I believe she is among the most skilled mentor in the country."
